Industri Kapital creates a leading pan-European pre-cast concrete company through the combination of Bonna Sabla and Consolis.

The combined group will be a leading pure play pan-European precast concrete solutions provider in the Nordic countries, France, the Netherlands as well as the Baltic countries and North Africa with exciting growth opportunities both in the more mature markets as well as in the emerging and developing markets. The new group will have combined sales of more than 1 billion EUR with close to 8,000 employees.  

Consolis is the largest precast concrete based solution provider and European manufacturer of structural precast concrete elements such as floors, structures and walls with market leadership positions in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands and the Baltics. Consolis had net revenues of EUR 646 million in 2004 and employed approximately 5,100 people.

Bonna Sabla is the French leader in pre-cast and concrete products operating mainly in the public services markets such as water conveyance, sanitation, civil engineering, urban environment and railway sleepers. Bonna Sabla also has significant business in Spain, the UK and North Africa. Turnover for 2005 is expected to be EUR 400 million out of which 30 per cent is from International markets. Bonna Sabla employs approximately 2,800 people.

The management team will be comprised of managers from both companies and headed by Philippe Milliet, currently CEO of the Bonna Sabla Group.
